Sliced beef and roast potatoes and onions


  • Bone-in sirloin steak gr 800
  • Potato IGP dell’Alto Viterbese gr 500
  • White onions 2
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Rub the meat with oil, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, prepare chopped rosemary and add EVO oil.

Separately clean the potatoes, cut them into regular pieces and soak them in water.

Clean the onion and cut it into wedges.

Blanch the potatoes in water and rosemary, dry them and put them in the oven together with the onions, seasoned with EVO oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.

Cook the meat by grilling it well on both sides reaching the desired doneness.

Serve the meat piping hot drizzled with rosemary oil along with the potatoes and onions.
